Great dissection of the box plots.

I had a question in “ The Box plot as an indicator of symmetry” section.

In the case of skew distribution on Marthahalli, if the median is to the lower end (right skewed), doesn’t it mean houses in Marthahalli have higher variance in the q2-max region? That is, more houses are on the expensive side? Or did I get this wrong
